At My Farmhouse Plans, we believe building a home shouldn’t be a gamble. It should be straightforward, cost-effective, and built to outlast you — not bogged down in complexity, inflated pricing, or guesswork.
We’re not in the business of selling dreams we can’t back up. We’re builders, erectors, architects, engineers, and operators who’ve spent our careers in the field — pouring concrete, erecting steel, setting panels, and turning over keys to real homeowners.
We approach home design the same way we approach every project: with tight systems, disciplined execution, and a relentless eye for detail. Every plan is architect-driven, every kit is engineered to spec, and every step of our process is built on transparency.
Honest pricing. Smart design. Homes that hold their value.
That’s the standard.
Honesty, fairness, and diligence guide every decision. If it's not good enough for our family, it's not good enough for yours.
No price-gouging. No smoke and mirrors. Our partners and team deal fairly and with integrity—always.
Problems happen. We face them head-on, take responsibility, find solutions, and communicate clearly. That's how trust gets built.
Smart design, solid materials, real support. Our people are here to educate and deliver more value per dollar—not upsell fluff.
We treat GCs and trades like teammates, because they are. We win together when we build together.
We help families build equity through efficient homes that go up quicker and hold their value. That mission is bigger than any one kit.
